We want Oly Pro to be worth it. If it isn’t, tell us.
Cancel any time
Cancel Oly Pro whenever you like in Manage subscription, in your account menu. Nothing else is charged after that, and Oly Pro keeps working until the end of the month or year you already paid for. Then your account moves to the Free plan; your games stay.
Refunds within 14 days
If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, or of a renewal, we will refund that payment in full. Write to support@olyclass.com from the email on your account and tell us which payment. You don’t need to give a reason. After a refund, Oly Pro ends straight away.
After 14 days we don’t usually refund the rest of a period, but write to us if something went wrong and we will look at it fairly.
How refunds are paid
Polar, our merchant of record, processes refunds back to the card or method you paid with. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Your local consumer law may give you more rights, and this policy does not limit them.
